“You should be loved by anybody and everybody in this world,” says 18-year-old Hannah Harpin.
Hannah is from Mirfield, UK. She was born with Hay-Wells syndrome (also known as Ectodermal Dysplasia). The condition has left her hair, teeth, and skin undeveloped, but it has not affected her inner beauty or her wisdom.
When she reached high school, kids bullied her, and Hannah didn’t like what she saw when she looked in the mirror, either. She internalized the bullies’ voices and ugliness.
